We will buy and install a new, best in class LED system for your tower (at our cost), maintain it, and protect it against catastrophic events like lightning and do all the compliance and monitoring. That means you do not have to worry about any of the associated costs and everyday maintenance of operating tower lighting now or in the future. With Tower Lighting as a Service with $1 Buyout, at the end of the term you will be able to purchase the system for $1. 

You just pay a flat monthly payment, so there are never any budget surprises. LumenServe’s core values include honesty and integrity. We will always be transparent about the price you pay, and there will never be any surprise fees or upcharges. 

  • No need to set aside thousands of dollars to buy a new lighting system in the future. 
  • You don’t have to pay for expensive parts or climbing crews to fix an outage. Some problems even require two climbs- one to diagnose the problem and another to fix. But we cover it all, even a catastrophic failure.

  • We are also a member of TIPS-USA, which is a national purchasing cooperative that offers access to competitively procured purchasing contracts to its members, which can further minimize procurement costs. Public and higher education organizations can join for free.

• We handle all repairs and mobilization, so you won’t ever have to worry about hiring and coordinating a climbing crew to diagnose the issue or make a repair. 

• We take care of all compliance and monitoring, including keeping track of your daily logs and calling in outages. This frees your staff up to handle your core business: making your listeners happy.

• We perform your FAA mandated inspections for you, including annual inspections, paint inspections, and bi-annual lens inspections so you are always in compliance.

• We will decommission your old system for you and if necessary, handle submitting form 7460-1 and 7460-2 to the FAA.
