Compliance

LumenServe's Federal Lighting Regulations Portal is a great resource for all the latest FCC & FAA mandated maintenance, audits, procedures and reporting requirements. LumenServe℠ makes compliance pain-free for the tower owner by providing the full range of compliance services including: 
  • NOTAMs
  • Daily logs with the required two-year history on file
  • Quarterly Inspections (QLIs)
  • FAA outage notifications
  • All filings maintained to comply with the two year FAA storage requirements
  • Biennial lens inspections (includes tower climbs and/or drones)
  • Annual paint inspections at the top portion of the tower for Style A painted towers

Monitoring

LumenServe℠ provides 24 x 7 x 365 virtual monitoring services for almost any obstruction lighting system type. Our NOCs monitor thousands of network nodes throughout the United States, utilizing best-in-class network monitoring applications. The following information can be monitored, depending upon the lighting system.
  • Lighting system status up/down
  • Lighting system performance
  • Environmental measurements
  • Power status
  • System health check
  • Other dry contact monitored systems

Reporting

Reporting is a key component of the monitoring solution and is available to each LumenServe℠ client. Reports include:
  • Daily logs
  • NOTAM history
  • Uptime analysis
  • Alerts and alarm status/history
  • Overall system health status
  • Maintenance and repair history

Monitoring System Equipment

LumenServe℠ installs and maintains all required equipment and software. No upfront costs. 

  • Monitored by our dual NOCs with alerting
  • We issue and manage NOTAMs as needed and provide data storage and backup of the log for a minimum of two (2) years.
  • LumenServe℠ uses both SNMP/gateway for the system and dry contact monitoring for redundancy
  • We install a router at each site with an assigned port, static IP and a VPN to our NOCs to ensure security

M2M Carrier Solution

At site locations where our customer does not have internet available, we utilize a secure M2M network with strong features including:
  • Our carrier network is best-in-class with 14 carriers available internationally and the four largest domestic carriers available nationwide (AT&T, Verizon, Sprint and T-Mobile).
  • We select the carrier with the best signal strength and highest reliability for a given site.
  • We have 24/7/365 monitoring and support for each connection.
  • Backhaul is included in our service and we handle the SIM card, equipment, configuration and all details.*
